Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Have been here several times and had no issues with the staff. Today was different. After having selected a roll, sausage roll and crisps I asked for two doughnuts. He put the raspberry one in a paper bag and I then had to remind him about the other doughnut. Before he picked it I asked if Greggs had stopped using little boxes because previously I had been served with a doughnut in a paper bag and a lot of the icing stuck to the bag. He said ,"If you want a bag all you have to do is ask." I said,"I've never had to ask before. He then said,"There's a plastic window in the box so it's bad for the environment. After 2 hours of traveling we got to Llandrindod Wells and we found a Gregg's so it was time to top-up with a steak bake yes it's full of gravy and chunks of meat a coffee and a cake of your own choosing I had some fresh cream creation yummy. I must add that they have a good Vegan selection doughnuts to so let's not see you shy away and get those snacks in you. So always remember when traveling to call in at Gregg's. Sadly another disappointing visit. Waited for nearly 10 minutes to be served this morning. No apology but told sausage bap would take another 7 mins as they were in the oven. Heaving with customers at peak breakfast time should not be waiting for food to be cooked. All the labels were wrong so no way of knowing what you could order from the bakes section either.
