If I could give this no stars I would. We walked in and walked straight back out. When we walked in the lady was very rude. Had a go at us for not using the hand gel even though it was pretty hidden on the right side of the wall. She then said we should have brought our own and that we should have done it outside. We told her we did have our own. She did not ask if we wanted food or drinks and we stood there. We then asked if we should sit anywhere as there was no one there she told us to follow a one way system which was not clearly pointed. We decided to leave as it was a horrible atmosphere. When we decided to leave. She said, "oh, they're leaving now" just talking about us like we weren't there. Firstly I don't believe that you were a witness to any of this, as I only remember there being the obnoxious woman and a younger woman in the cafe at the time.
Regardless, even if she was not a member of staff and just an obnoxious customer, it made no difference to our first impressions of the place. and maybe if there was a member of staff there, or perhaps if you had actually been a witness, you/or them could have given us a decent welcome instead of just silently watching it happen without saying a word.
