Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Whoever is managing this greggs needs a demotion because LITERALLY EVERY OTHER Greggs in the area tell you when food isn't available because they don't employ lazy incapable staff who are seemingly totally incapable of updating the menu when items aren't available. They do not update menus ever, they do not offer replacements, or on the times they have have replaced my meat products with vegan items. They refuse to even ring you to offer up any suggestion on an alternative. The number to ring them on google is WRONG. Likely to avoid all the bad reviews. They advertise food that isnt available and have been doing so for months now. They also manipulate the uber eats ratings because every time i see it go below a certain rating suddenly the amount of reviews drops. Without warning your order will be cancelled and if you have for example used a gift card or a one time card you will be charged and expected to do the chase up yourself. A Greggs on a shopping complex. They had a seating area inside which was empty and no other customers at the time. The seating area was dirty and still had food debris and packaging on a few of the tables and crumbs spread across others tables. It didn't really have an inviting atmosphere. The staff member on the counter was very blank towards me. I asked if they had any way to warm up a hot food item and was just given a blank stare so I asked again and was told No. He began to discuss his dinner break then with an other staff member, whilst I was still at the counter mid service. He turned around to me and said "You done" I said no I'm still trying to order.

Worst Greggs I have been to. The shop was an absolute mess, bins were overflowing outside with a huge amount of rubbish spilled out and rubbish all over the floor inside. Felt like it needed a good clean. I went in with the intention of getting mozzarella bites but decided against as they all looked like they had been stepped on. All flat, dried up and carelessly put in the boxes with the cheese oozing out. I asked for a cheese pizza to be made and had to go and ask for it in the end because the guy had forgotten about it. My father was given the wrong ice slice also, we didn't realise until we had came away from there. He was given a bavarian slice instead of the custard...
