Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

It's a shame as I did not find the staff very friendly at llantrisant this time. As we got to the door we saw them throwing the toasties behind the counter, when I asked if we could have one they said no. They did not ask me to scan my app. So I showed them my phone held it to the scanner thought it had scanned until I got to my table. Was not given receipt Atmospher very miserable and unfriendly communication very poor. Won't be going there again...

Costa coffee is great. I tend to use this store often after the parkrun. It gets to be very busy soon after the parkrun finishes ... so from 9:30 to 11 it is choca with queues and standing room only. I persist as it is the place to be for a catch-up with all my running friends. But here's a thought Costa ... service at this peak period is far too slow so why not also have one of your self-service machines on the go too ... you'll get...

Coffee is nice, it was busy considering it’s Sunday morning.

But the lady at the cashier seems very unhappy/annoyed when you order a bit extra (it was only 2 drinks and 2 cake)

The shop is in a little mess but there was only 2 staff before 11. (1 cashier 1 barista)

Another 2 staff starts at 11 and cleared all...
