Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Thursday 24th November 3:00pm - went into empty shop - walked past young guy on right replacing stock and went to counter to order a coffee. He walks back to counter, straight past me and starts fiddling with screen with his back to me. Couple of minutes later woman appears, walks to till and mumbles to him she’s going to pay for her food. No eye contact, no acknowledgement I’m even stood there and after another minute or two she disappears. I’m about to complain and just can’t be bothered - turn around and walk out. Drove to Caerphilly town centre (next to Game) - within seconds of approaching counter was greeted by friendly guy who asked what I was after. Decided to tell him what had just happened in Castle View and he was very apologetic and refused to let me pay for my coffee. Greggs are good…just not...

Called into Greg's Castle View in caerphilly, I had to wait for my order to finish cooking, absolutely horrified at what I saw in the waiting area, there was a delivery guy that Greg's use waiting to pick up his order, in the process he was touching himself on more than one occasion repeatedly, there was more than myself who witnessed this, it was disgusting tbh, and I cannot believe what I witnessed, this person was going to handle someone's delivery order after doing this, puts me off buying anything here...

So fed up of queuing up for a breakfast item only to be told:

A) there's nothing left. B) it's cooking, will be a 10 minute wait. C) we need it all for the Uber & Just Eat orders, so can't make you a bacon roll, even though you are standing in the shop & there's a tray full of bacon.

Might as well make this a drive through or app orders only store. Actual customers turning up in the shop are the...
