Heavenly Vegan Coffi — Restaurant in Wales

Absolutely fantastic.

We descended in a party of six for a late breakfast on the last morning of a long weekend in South Wales. Of the six, only one of us was vegan and we were unsure what to expect. If this is what veganism has transformed into, we are converted.

The food was in a word, incredible. The wait time for food was perfectly acceptable, given that we each ordered something different and it was clear that everything was freshly made. The chef, who was kind enough to come out and spend some of her very valuable time chatting to us, is clearly a master of her trade.

The atmosphere of the place was amazing and the hospitality of the host was second to none. It felt like we were sitting in an old friend's living room.

Needless to say, we were still discussing the experience hours later. Our only only complaint is that we live too far away to become this absolute gem's latest regulars.

Everything here is SO delicious for vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. I have been coming here regularly and am yet to have a bad meal or experience. Have brought friends with a range of dietary requirements here and all agree that the offerings taste as good, if not better, than the meat and dairy counterparts. The flavours, quality and quantity of the food served here is impeccable - well worth a visit! The owners and staff are also lovely and so worth supporting!! You won’t regret it:) so lucky to have this place in Barry! Keep doing you guys💜 ps the chocolate orange cake...

Visited here after visiting the theatre with the kids. It's a lovely little place, not a lot of seating. The table we sat at had some kids books which was nice. Food was lovely but it did take a long while to come out, which isn't ideal with two toddlers which are very hungry which is why 4 stars. However the kids did come out first which was preferable, I understand they are a small place so its hard to cooks so much at once and it was quite busy when we arrived. That is the only con for me though, the food was lovely, portion sizes good. I would visit again if ever...
