Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

OMG - Abysmal oat latte. I bought this today costing £4.55 ordered in the usual way at the drive through window. By the time I moved along to the collection point, my drink had already been made, (literally 10 seconds later). Clearly this had been made some time before, (possibly by mistake) as when I left it was cold. More importantly though is that the small amount I had has made me very unwell given that I have a diary allergy. Pisses me off when people don't care about all those with allergies when using the drive through windows. You need to do better and when staff are playing on their phones, chit chatting and having a laugh they clearly lose sight of what is important when servicing people with allergies... I am...

They've recently changed the WiFi you now have to login but it won't change colour and allow my login and I've noticed when sitting outside after closing with my last coffee I can't get Internet at all it's throttled which considering I spend everyday in there is irratating I had to move away from the seated area and sun to watch YouTube.public WiFi has to be stopped being throttled you can't go on it without a VPN but if you do you spend more time messing around trying to get anything...as for the high St rhyl Costa it's in the dark ages never can get Internet in that place a real joke considering we are paying for a premium...

Love this cafe!

Was in Rhyl during June 2024…. we didn’t really have any place in mind so we just walked & walked till we were thirsty & hungry then we saw this cafe that was still opened after 6pm while many shops in the small town already closed for the day!!

The coffee was really big cup! If you are there with another person, maybe can just order one cup of coffee to share then add one or two pieces of cakes to go with it.

The place is not crowded so is a good place to laze around or chit chat...
