KFC — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered on the app. Went to store to collect waited 29mins told they had no chicken got order went home to find they haven't even put the chicken in. Tired calling the store no answer so got back in car and went to store. Asked to speak to duty manager. Told him what the issue was and said we wont eat the food as cold and missing items. The duty manager had very poor customer service skills his explanation was that they have been very busy. Which is not an acceptable explanation for supplying the wrong food which is missing, cold and inedible. No attempt at an apology was made asked three time what my problem was, told I need to drop the attitude or I will be asked to leave the store bearing in mind although appauled and confused at the lack of any attempt to rectify the situation. I did not raise my voice, shout or swear. But was told "we hadn't paid "him" and would have to contact HQ". In conclusion we left with a replacement order which clearly we would not be eating. Every time we’ve ordered through Uber it’s been missing or stone cold with some items or a whole meal.

We don’t eat out or take away often and leave it as treat for the kids on special occasions.

So to combat the cold or missing items with Uber problems with our meals we don’t order through the app or Uber no longer and just drive down to town and go in physically and order.

The last time we did this last the order was absent of pots of beans and gravy we chalked this up to a one off issue and gave them the benefit of the doubt today.

We drove down tonight and physically ordered in person at the counter and this time again missing 4 lots of fries in the bag and for the large zinger burger box meal I get STONE COLD 1/2 portion of fries and I mean like it was fried this morning and stored in the fridge cold!

Great food, terrible customer service.

Allow me to give a little context to this story, me and a group of three friends (all quiet introverts) are hungry, and want to share a bucket of chicken, large coke, and several large fries. We have never been kicked out of anywhere for our behaviour, and are usually praised about how quiet and polite we are.

Many teenagers including myself have been kicked out of, disrespected and told we can’t sit in certain seats here, my friends and I were hungry and stopped by for a drink and a bucket of chicken, when we sat down we were told we weren’t allowed to sit down on certain tables, and we need to be “where we can see you”, after a few minutes of attempting to find a table we were permitted to sit at, we left with our money and will never return, this is utterly disgusting, and I am very disappointed with the...
