Le Crazy Croissant — Restaurant in Wales

Absolute shambles, visited twice recently, new young blonde girl working there has no idea what is going on, smashed 2 coffee mugs today whilst waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order. Previous visit she tried to take my receipt from me despite it stating ‘customer copy’. So many members of staff standing around chatting, and then others working their socks off (short girl with dark hair smashing the coffee’s out) ... new system needed ASAP, SERIOUS STAFF TRAINING NEEDED TOO! Total shame really because food is good, but waiting times are ridiculous, majorly gone downhill... Won’t be back...

I would love to reccommend it because the staff are nice but they have 1 choice for vegans and even then you can't have butter or mayo dressing as they don't have a vegan option!!... All they would need to do is add houmus and a slightly more adventurous salad than lettuce cucumber and tomato, that coupled with their roasted veg you could make so many variations. I have tried in here 6 times now and being offered L C and T is not a good option really so I am afraid I am out . I will stick to Soul Spice for fresh tasty stunning food without...

We visited this cafe recently and were very impressed. The food is freshly prepared upon order. We had a bagette filled with grapes and brie cheese. There was a choice of white or brown and the staff also checked whether it should be buttered. The staff were friendly and the food and drinks ordered were quickly brought to out table. There was a varied menu on offer including jacket potatoes, wraps and light bites. The tables were clean. We felt the prices were very reasonable and the fillings...
