Mamma's Pizza Parlour — Restaurant in Wales

Always ordered from here, previously food and service has been good, how ever on this occasion completely poor. Ordered pizzas and sides, they were advertising buy 1 get 1 free, we had family over. When food arrived only the first pizzas were delivered no second pizzas. Phoned them, only to be spoken at rudely and abusive. If there was an issue with Uber giving a wrong offer, all they had to do was contact me to explain and I would have happily ordered more pizzas and paid for them over the phone. No communication. Also food wasn’t up to scratch, sides tasted burnt and fishy. Last time ordering here. If the man I spoke to on the phone was reasonable and didn’t speak to me in the way he did I might of over looked...

Best pizza place in town wood highly recommended to anyone who looking for a pizza very fast service staff are nice yes people need to understand that you are working in a pizza place which there going to be orders covered in very fast but it still very nice food and it's not Domino pizza where I waited 2 hours for one pizza mamams pizza cannot beat them I wood get my food from there any time and people should respect the staff for all there hard work coz it's hard keeping up with all the orders coming in and out of the place also people to understand that I never ever had a problem with them well done staff team and delivery drivers as well 5...

These are just basic frozen kebab takeaway style pizzas (that's being kind, kebab pizzas would be a million times better) just perfectly round "out of the freezer" pizzas that arrive stone cold. Missing sides as well. Rang them and they put the phone down on me once they realised it was a complaint (before that it was "5 minutes away, 5 minutes away" up to nearly 2 hours)

Tasteless sludge, trust me, go to the Red Lion Wetherspoons, it's a million times better.
