Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wales

This isn’t the first time we’ve been so dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut, but unfortunately it’s the one that is most convenient to our home. We have ordered online from here around 4 or 5 times now and every time we turn up at the specified time the food is never ready. This time it was 15 minutes late. We were offered a drink while we waited this time for the first time but this is not good enough considering they’re late every time. Also, the wait wouldn’t be a problem if we left and the food was all hot. The reason for the delay this time was because they’d forgotten to put in one of our pizzas. So while that pizza was hot when we left, our other two pizzas and three sides were cold. Our nachos had been sitting there so long that the crisps were a soggy mess by the time we got home, 5 minutes away. And our gluten free pizza bases were hard. Also, there is never enough cheese on the nachos and the pizzas are always messy. The sauce on the pizzas never covers the bases as it should and there’s always large amounts of bread still visible. Also, the toppings are very sparse. I think we’ve given here more than enough time to improve its food and service but as the food is disappointing every time we will not be returning unless we hear that they have started doing a better job. Our old regular was on St Helens Road in Swansea but as we’ve recently moved it is now around 20 minutes away from our new home but we will now be returning here as the food is always hot and of very high quality and the service is...

Absolutely terrible - zero stars!

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.... shame on me!

We ordered pizza from here around a year ago and it was vile. The pizza sauce was all dried out and tasted putrid. I didn't even manage a whole slice each. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because we thought perhaps it had been busy sitting under a food lamp too long... we were wrong.

We tried again today and once again had an awful experience. I went to pick up the pizza and the atmosphere in there was uncomfortable with some very strange jokes being made. Once again the food was terrible. The potato wedges were undercooked but passable. The pizza on the other hand was nauseating. The sauce is most certainly not pizza hut brand and tasted like pure tomato paste but with a weirdly bitter taste. Some of the peppers on my pizza had gone off bits on them too. Then as if it wasn't bad enough , I found a hair in my pizza that 100% was not mine.

I will not return...

Ordered online at 7pm, Food arrives at 7.40, with one pizza missing. We ring, and they tell us they will make another and have to us by 8.30. 8.45 I'm ringing again. They don't know what happened, so they'll make another and get it to us ASAP. At 9.30 I'm ringing again only to be told the pizza had been made but they didn't know what it was for so they binned it. I was put on hold which eventually get hung up. I ring again, and it gets hung up. I ring with a different phone, ask to speak to the manager, who conveniently wasn't there and explain how angry I am (Calmly) at being hung up on, only for them to hang up for a 3rd time. Disgusting service. I rang the Pizza Hut customer service helpline to get a refund and complain about the behavior. The refund has to be approved by this Hut so I'm not holding my breath.
