Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Bought potatoes and garlic and onions yesterday with dates of the 24th of april on them. The potatoes were rotted all the way through, you expect it from on or two in the packet but it was every single one! Not cheap potatoes either.

Full price meat of the date of the same day which smells when brought home!

Its getting diabolical, not only the food is no good the staff are useless. All with a cant be bothered attitude changes need to be made!

A few months ago i ate in the cafe and i had a cup of coffee food was okay as expected for the price but i could not find a clean mug! With staff being rude to me when asking for a clean mug

There is never any stock on the shelves! Like i said changes seriously need to be made for this supermarket to turn around!!

Absolutely appalling experience. The staff here are unbelievably rude and seem to go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. The service was slow, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Instead of being greeted with a smile or basic politeness, I was met with eye rolls, condescending tones, and staff members who acted like they were doing me a favor by serving me. If you’re looking for a pleasant atmosphere and decent service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing...

Had to ask for a refund on a cold breakfast. Bacon was stone cold. Egg well that was hard beans cold mushroom cold. Waiting 20 minutes for food is never a good start. Was told we couldn't have come as they didn't have time to change the gas. No but told tea was available but no tea spoons. Every time we eat here it's the same. When I asked a member of staff for a refund she ignored me and started to talk to another member of staff. I think we will give this place a...
