Nando's Llanelli — Restaurant in Wales

Went here for food, the last time I went it was about 4 years ago and I had enjoyed. We got seated and the waitress gave us a list of things they were out of which was peri peri chips, normal chips and spicy rice, coleslaw which is everything we normally order. We had driven half hour and my partner is a fussy eater so we decided to stay. We ordered our food via the app and the waitress came over with our drinks. Our food came later and they burnt my butterfly chicken so it had a rubber texture and i ordered some corn on a cob and some rainbow coleslaw(never doing that again, I’ll stick to normal coleslaw) I don’t like confrontation or sending food back so I ate it but I wasn’t satisfied. Visited Nando’s end of Jan 2023 as party of 3. As it was busy, we were sent away for 30 mins. Food and service was ok but a little Slow on this occasion. To book a table in future we were told to ring the restaurant. Tried this tonight, was told we could not book for 3 people, had to book for 6 or more. As a family we can easily fill a table of 6 but when we requested this instead of a table of 3 my husband was called a liar. When he asked for the staff members name, the person refused to share this info and put the phone down on him. When my husband called back to speak to the manager about the rude way he had been treated, she again refused to book a table of 6, called him a liar AGAIN and put the phone down AGAIN… Great customer service Nando’s...

Four meals were ordered Two of which were lemon and herb. The food came but was hotter than medium as we tried it with the wrong flag. We made a complaint to get it changed, to which the manager addressed us “I made it myself I know it’s right, but someone else must’ve added the wrong sauce” she was cocky and rude towards us. By the time the food had been corrected, the other two had finished. No apology was made. We were pointed at by the manager as we were leaving. The manager had a terrible attitude.
