PEPPINO'S PIZZA — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered a takeaway through Just Eat. The order didn’t turn up at the time given so we had to phone Peppinos. The man that answered the phone was very rude and abruptly told me the order would be there in 5 minutes but still nothing. Over half an hour later and eventually order the order turned up. The delivery man rushed off and we soon realised that we didn’t have the pizza we had ordered. I phoned Peppinos and this man was shouting at me down the phone telling me I’d ordered a pizza with a tomato base, I tried to explain it had a tomato base but we only had cheese in top and not the meats etc we ordered. He wouldn’t listen to me and shouted over me and told me it wasn’t his problem and hung up. Disgusting! The chicken kebab had rock hard cold chicken in it, I asked for no salad but it had salad in it and despite having the wrong pizza I went to eat it but it wasn’t cooked properly and was all soggy and undercooked The whole lot went in the bin. Complete waste of money and the most disgusting food I’ve tasted in a very long time. Staff...

Fuming.....I ordered food last night 10.45pm on the Just Eat app, then after paying I had a message to say the food will be delivered at 16:45, the restaurant will confirm this when they open at 16:00. I called Peppinos to be told that they had not received an order and was abruptly told by the manager if you want food, you'll have to pay. I even read off the order number reference and he got really stroppy.I've been a regular and loyal customer for 3 years.

The food arrived the day after at 16:45, I ordered 2 x chicken dinner kebabs (no sauce), one was fine, the other was covered in sauce. My daughter then complained as she pulled out no less than 6 black hairs from her food, which is absolutely disgusting. I haven't called to complain, I really don't see the point considering the attitude I had last night. It's safe to say I will never have food from there again, which is a pity as the town only has a few takeaways. Truly one of the worst kebab shops due to customer service. We have ordered from them multiple times with no issues however last time we ordered, the food took over a hour to arrive and eventually arrived freezing, forgot a pizza which I had run out and remind them about and was the wrong pizza, we ordered a medium lamb doner kebab with garlic sauce and no salad and arrived with mint sauce and loads of salad, also ordered a chicken wrap with no salad and arrived with salad. The only thing that was warm was the can of cokes, when we phoned to complain there was no refund or apology as they accused us of lying but when he checked the receipt he then apologised. We decided tonight we would order again to see if there was any improvement but we couldn’t find our address online so we phoned and asked what should we do and they answered with attitude...
