We've always enjoyed late lunches here, looking forward to my Wednesdays off work and grabbing a healthy, delicious meal here. But since the pandemic, the menu has changed, now totally vegetarian (which is fine as they are still tasty), and the roulades would always round off a delightful lunch. However on our last visit, we were charged for cream to go with it, which they never did. Quite the wrong business strategy for the small fanancial gain at the expense of loyal customers. Loved everything about this place. Despite having to wait for a table due to it being so busy, the front of house/staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely relaxed setting in a bright and airy space.

Food was fresh, tasty and came in a timely manner. We had the fritters and a friend a cheddar quiche. All were lovely. Menu was varied so lots of nice things to choose from.

We then had desserts and coffee - again very tasty and well worth having if you can fit them in.
