Get Stuffed Pizza Co — Restaurant in Wales

Having never left a review online of a restaurant, I felt that it was entirely appropriate to do so after our awful experience this evening. As locals to Narberth we like to support independent stores but this is the last time we will order from Get Stuffed. We ordered a pizza and lasagne, with the latter being more akin to a child’s portion. On eating the lasagne I found a blonde hair which I then pulled from my mouth. On phoning the restaurant, a young girl with a clear lack of manners answered with a laugh and told me “well no one in our kitchen has blonde hair”. She continued to talk over me and was rude and condescending. I asked to speak to her manager after she asked me “well what would you like me to do about it”. The gentleman was polite and arranged for another lasagne to be sent out. This will be the last time we order from this premises after such an awful experience. Perhaps the manager ought to assess whether a role in customer service is entirely appropriate for this young girl and if so, perhaps arrange for some further training!! Disappointing experience at supposed 'authentic' pizza place.

We visited this pizza place hoping to enjoy a more authentic pizza experience, as other options in the area were kebab shops. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of our expectations.

Crust: The crust was disappointing, as it seemed to be a ready-made crust that was cooked to the bare minimum.

Toppings: The toppings were tasty and the only saving grace of the pizza, which prevented us from giving a 1-star review.

Service: The overall service was lacklustre. The restaurant was empty when we arrived to collect our order, which gave off an unwelcoming atmosphere. It seemed like an inconvenience when we collected our pizza, as we ordered 1 hour before closing.

Misleading appearance: Despite the restaurant's purported authenticity, we found the place to be misleading. This view was shared by other reviewers.

Conclusion: In summary, the pizza was okay, but the undercooked crust and lackluster service left us feeling disappointed. We feel this restaurant is not worth...

Got 'thrown out'/'asked to leave' for dropping a knife on the table; I was attempting to switch a sim card from a phone to a tablet and was accused of "destroying the cutlery" by a staff member, I explained what I was attempting to do, and the reasons for needing an implement that was narrower than my fat finger. Ignoring my explanation, the waitress, then even went so far as to get a male member of staff from the kitchen to remove me from the premises. This was a complete overreaction for an innocuous task, especially since I was told that they did not have any taxi numbers and would need to go on the interweb to find my own number (hence switching from my dead phone to my tab). The same staff member also had issues with other customers however I did not follow the entirety of their interaction. I'm not even mentioning the quality of the meal because this indcident at the end spoiled my entire experience...
