We stopped by to get some treats while visiting Cowny. The display looks nice, with variety and good prices/value as everything is quite big. We had a nutella doughnut and a chocolate sandwich cookie. The doughnut tasted a bit soggy, I didn't particularly enjoy it, and the cookie was good, but unfortunately both didn't really taste handmade, it felt more of a mass production kind of product. We also didn't feel the service was particularly nice. It is still worth a visit if you are looking for a cheap sweet treat, but nothing really memorable

I wanted a strawberry tarte and some welsh cakes. I looked for the best bakery in Conwy and came across this shop. I must say, I did not manage to take a picture of what I purchased however, I can say this is the Best bakery I've visited!! The pictures don't do it justice 😋 Went back again today and bought some more to take home along with some more Welsh cakes. (Picture: Strawberry Tarte, Spinkled Belgian Donut, Belgian Brownie Slice.)

What a great spot for a snack + desert! Oh my goodness, this was so refreshing after a long day of traveling. I took my snack (as there isn't seating indoors) and walked down High Street towards the water and sat on a bench; very relaxing. The vanilla slice was excellent!! Also, this has to be the most reasonably priced bakery I've visited.

Went here on Tuesday (we always do when in Conwy) but we definitely won't be going again. I was served by probably the rudest person I've ever been served by (young blond girl, hair tied back in a pony, small stud in nose, just in case you're the manager and wonder which member of staff it was). I specifically asked for the cakes out of the cabinet and not out of the window and she proceeded to lecture me about the sun etc. I was polite and said I specifically asked for those ones as I've had food poisoning (not from this shop) in the past and didn't want fresh cream cakes from out of the sunny window and she spoke to me like I was a child. She was then backed up by another rude girl (loud, dark hair) who said "we pull the blinds down if it's sunny". Funny that seeing as though the sun was blazing and the blind was up! She was rude, obnoxious and looked like she'd rather be anywhere else but at work. She needs training on how to speak to customers. She embarrassed me and the lady behind me, who actually followed me out of the shop and said to me, I can't believe that girl spoke to you that way! I 100% WILL NEVER GO BACK TO...

I visited the bakery whilst on a short break and decided to send my son a pic of the delicious looking treats on offer at this bakery, I asked him to choose one as a treat...he answered that he loved the look of the white chocolate and Biscoff donut..took it back the same day to Manchester...he eagerly bit into the nice looking treat only to discover that it was hard and tough...he literally could not bite through. The texture was so tough...that was not a donut!....I tried to cut it with a knife but to no avail:(((....totally dissapointed and bemused as to what had happened...Was it cooked and frozen then thawed out then spruced up with a chocolate topping?? ....Not a good experience at all...:((...not fresh or even slighty edible...sadly no treat in the end for my son...I just don't know what to say except that I've never had that experience with a...

We have loved the cakes and hot food from here for the last 10 years and have shopped here dozens of times. The past 3-4 visits we have bought the traditional Victoria sponge we have noticed it was not up to the usual standard. On Saturday we bought a sponge and an apple pie. The sponge was virtually inedible as it was so dry and half of it went in the bin. We have just heated the apple pie and within 1 mouthful both my wife and I said the pastry was awful and the apple uncooked. It too went in the bin 🙄 Not sure if the place has been taken over of if they have dropped their standards as the bakery opposite has closed but it is no longer a...
