Starbucks — Restaurant in Wales

Very quick service, I was really surprised. Not a regular visitor to starbucks, on the rare occasions of visiting stores I've only experienced relatively slow serving from town and the store over on Dunleavly Drive.

About 5 cars in front in me, moved along faster than a McDonald's queue. Lovely guy on the order speaker, very friendly. Drove up to the payment window, did that and my order was ready and handed to me immediately. I assume it was the same guy on the speaker as he was really pleasant and wished me a nice day.

Ordered a choco chip creme frapp which was yummy and noticed a chocolate cheesecake muffin on the menu so grappled one of those in impulse too. Also really good, moist sponge and plenty of cheesecake filling, topped with prep crumbs.

Like I said, I'm not a regular visitor but I would recommend this drive through if...

Had called at the store on the other side of the dual carriageway and ended up walking out because of the offensive member of staff and dreadful service.

This store was a breath of fresh air. Greater with a warm welcome by Lauren. The store was clean and tidy. I explained about my previous experience with their other local store and that this was a vast improvement. My drink was prepared as was my sandwich. As I was about to leave the manager Jo spoke to me and apologised for the poor service at their fellow store.

It shouldn't be thos store apologising but Starbucks UK head office as its one of their sites, but instead they are using the pandemic as an excuse not to continue with their customer service number or respond to emails.

Come on Starbucks sort yourselves out.

I’m Regular customer.. But I won’t be coming again after this morning, I asked for a Skinny single with one shot & when I double check 4 my order I was informed it is 3-Shots when I informed him only One shot only…. The staff who served me doesn’t have any customers friendly face.. it looks like someone has died he always like that when’s he served he is with Blond hair with black in the Hair-do.. When made a fresh one I realised he put Semi skimmed not skinny milk… Then I had to go back again as he did not put my Villa in…. I find he is most miserable member staff, he always like that…. You’re supposed to have a friendly face working in Starbucks.. I ended up wasting my money on my Latte this morning couldn’t get it right in Three Times… I ended up not drinking as I cannot have Semi skimmed...
