I wouldn't normally be one to complain but feel after today's visit it's necessary. Awful experience and such a rude girl on the coffee machine. I accidentally tipped milk all over my leg and the floor, my husband went to ask the girl on the coffee machine for something to help mop up, she must have grabbed a cloth and just left on the counter. I then asked her if we could possibly have a mop as we were prepared to clean up my mess. She carried on sorting out drinks at the coffee machine and totally ignored what I'd asked for. I then went back up to ask were we going to be getting a mop to which she replied 'I'm too busy and the mops in another room which I'm not going to get' then carried on pouring drinks. Needless to say I was not happy. Spoke to her Manager only to be told that the girl had been busy. She did finally apologise and say she'd have a word with the girl, but all in all not a pleasant experience. They'll probably be glad to know that we won't be back again. I suggest maybe a course in Customer Service would be a...
