I wouldn't normally be one to complain but feel after today's visit it's necessary. Awful experience and such a rude girl on the coffee machine. I accidentally tipped milk all over my leg and the floor, my husband went to ask the girl on the coffee machine for something to help mop up, she must have grabbed a cloth and just left on the counter. I then asked her if we could possibly have a mop as we were prepared to clean up my mess. She carried on sorting out drinks at the coffee machine and totally ignored what I'd asked for. I then went back up to ask were we going to be getting a mop to which she replied 'I'm too busy and the mops in another room which I'm not going to get' then carried on pouring drinks. Needless to say I was not happy. Spoke to her Manager only to be told that the girl had been busy. She did finally apologise and say she'd have a word with the girl, but all in all not a pleasant experience. They'll probably be glad to know that we won't be back again. I suggest maybe a course in Customer Service would be a...

Customer service was terrible. Stood at counter and nobody came forward despite one cleaning tables and another talking to someone behind counter. I went and spoke to girl cleaning tables and she came and took my order. Sandwich arrived and I waited for coffee and waited! I could see a cup left on counter so went and asked if it was mine ( normally brought to table by staff) she looked and said yes and carried on doing what she was doing. No apology. I...

This is such a great find. It’s the ideal location for a coffee, snack or light lunch while sitting in comfort enjoying the fantastic view of the Bristol Channel.
