The Farmers Arms — Restaurant in Wales

Visited for the first time tonight with my partner and 4 daughters after seeing the Google reviews. They managed to accommodate us with short notice and well what can we say what a gem this place is in Ruthin. The food is quality and you get plenty which is always a bonus when you have a healthy appetite like myself. I would recommend the double lamb and mint burger really delicious and the chips are incredible. The staff are really friendly and attentive, we couldn't fault it what a great evening we will be back to try your Sunday...

We popped in here to try some more local Welsh Ale's whilst at at nearby Airbnb, and were not disappointed. The people, service, atmosphere was great and the prices totally unexpected to be that reasonable. Not in this pic but to the right was a very large screen TV with sports on at the time too. Although we had come in for food the aromas were extremely tempting and when we did decide on the Sunday to go for an Evening meal only then checked and realised the obvious and were unfortunately...

We nipped in to Farmers Arms after chatting up a local man who said the food was lovely and big portions too. He wasn’t wrong. We are staying in an AirBB in Ruthin. We both went for the lamb burger which was nice and the chips were plentiful and delicious, real home made food at a decent price. The meal was £25 for two, excluding drinks which is pretty good these days. The pub was a real local and everyone we came across was very welcoming. A lovely experience...
