This is a little gem of a cafe. In the past I have used other cafes in the area and only stumbled upon this by chance. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcomed. The service was fast and the young ladies serving us were very pleasant and polite. With a minute or two our drinks order was served and our breakfast order taken. A short time after our order arrived, fresh hot and very tasty. I would describe the food as good honest "proper" home cooking. Very reasonably priced too. What a great cafe. Cosy, homely little place. Lovely young lady serving. I'd looked on the web for somewhere with vegan options as they are hard to find but this place more than sufficed. I had the large all day breakfast- and a tea- Soya or oat milk, vegan marg- all perfect. Really good portion size and delicious, They even had home made vegan cakes- looked amazing but I was so full! A great option for breakfast or lunch for a day at the coast! The menu has plenty of options with a wide variety of portion sizes and dietary requirements. Our family of veggies and carnivores with big and small appetites were all left satisfied, which isn't always the case. We arrived at a busy time and were invited to wait at the bench in the window until a table became available, and the staff were really helpful and welcoming despite not being able to seat us immediately.
