The Masons Arms — Restaurant in Wales

If I could rate this zero stars I would. They don't deserve any stars after my treatment today. The manager/chef was very rude and screamed at me for asking for extra yorkshire puddings for my daughter. I had booked a table and didn't think it was a problem. She told me to go and eat somewhere else and continued to scream at me in front of my daughter and all of her customers. I will never step foot in this pub as long as they are managers there and I don't recommend anyone does. The worst treatment I have ever received and it totally ruined mine and my daughters day. This was my first and last visit. I have never been so humiliated and upset. One word...

A bit rough and ready but didn't feel too uncomfortable, Pint was good though, plenty of taste. (I called in during six nations game second half) bar was a bit soaked with spilled beer, barman actually takes your card (tap n pay). Very small bar area, no seating available,( but as I said match day) bit cramped felt like you were in someone's way all the time. But not unfriendly. And again beer was a good taste. ! Turned up to play for the open mic night and after half an hour of having a quiet one the owner comes down and starts pointing his finger at me, telling me to keep my opinions to myself. I hadn't said anything to anyone and no idea what started it but I won't be returning...
