Food delicious but very disappointed in the service. We had pre-ordered in advance of a very special occasion only to be told whilst waiting for starters to be served ( not when we arrived) that much wasn't available. What's the point of pre-ordering. I had ordered fish cakes to start and had to order an alternative, some mains weren't available and when time to order desserts almost half were not available. The drinks took a very long time to order at the bar. There were plenty of staff , even though there was a couple of other big tables to accommodate. Would have appreciated a simple apology and thanks for waiting to be served and wewould have completely understood. Whilst waiting for a waitress to return to take our order for desserts, we had to ask for their attention because they were chatting behind the bar. Food is stunning , when it's available. Just need to improve planning and service to your customers.
