Warrens Bakery Ltd — Restaurant in Wales

What a shambles! Popped into the bakery today for a quick snack where it was clearly very unorganized and just chaotic! When asked what we wanted by one lady (that seemed to be a manager) walked off and left us asking who was then serving us? Another lady asked us again what we wanted and we proceeded to give our order, the manager returned with the start of our order and this then confused the other lady that was serving us and somehow in this confusing and stressful moment another member of staff was running around trying to get our order. We were then only given half of our order and asked for the money whilst the other staff member was still asking us what we were waiting for from our order. Luckily the screen was facing us and I could see what they had put through the till and I demanded a refund for half the stuff as there was no sign of it and some of the items that were listed weren't even asked for by ourselves. This left three members of staff crowded around a till arguing and shouting with bad attitude. We were given lots of change in pennies and 5ps when I could clearly see 20p, 50ps and pound coins...

I have a thing for Belgian Buns, got one from here on Saturday and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I don’t like to leave poor reviews but this has angered me. I purchased a Bun expecting (for the price) it to be full of fruit and a nice cherry on top with some lush icing. What I got was the equivalent of a bread roll with a quarter of a cherry and 4 tiny pieces of fruit. Clearly quality is not high on the list for these guys. To provide some perspective I could have purchased 2 Belgian Buns from any of the other retailers for the same price. Sorry but I...

Lovely food however as others said it is expensive but 1 pasty will certainly fill you up, I couldn't recommend coming come here when it's busy as the queues can get quite long with them reaching well into the car park and the coffee can be a little flat which isn't worth forking out the extra money for. Every now and then I'll pop in just for a Cornish pasty as quality wise it is better than the Greggs equivalent.
