Iโm disappointed with the service. I have been to this pizza-hut last sunday. The server/ the waiter is totally rude.
Customers comes from their stressed life, tired after long journeys and want to have a nice food/ pizzas. But the server, not even explaining the menu, we came as a group and we have deal voucher so we have ordered 2 sharer pizzas, and kids buffets. And changed the order twice. Then the waiter stressing out. Literally the waiter is saying uff.. and they are just giving a strange look on us. not sure what to say!
We have ordered stuffed crust individual pizzas, they donโt have stuff inside.its just a shape of crust. We ordered 2 kids buffets, they added as adult buffets in the bill. They said, they felt like they are adults. And they didnโt even say anything to us before adding to the bill. they just added in the bill (but yeah they changed after the discussion). So pizza-hut servers/ managers donโt trust the customers. the customers should check their bills before they pay. The server and the manager didnโt say a thank you or a smile on the customers, after we said thank you also! I just want to say that, the Servers are the front face to serve the food to the customers, if they are rude/ stressed out on customers, the customer wonโt come again! @pizzahut Please train your waiters/ servers to how to behave or how to talk to customers. Not just being rude/ stressing out on customers. Its a suggestion from a customer.
Customers they pay and eat pizzas not just for free!! After this strange situation we decided to not to go to any Pizza-hut stores next...
ย ย ย Read moreStood at the counter with my daughter, waiting to be seated. 3 members of staff walked past and totally ignored me. One decided to actually go and start sweeping the floor before eventually deciding that it was time for us to have a seat.
Taken to our table I mentioned that we knew what we wanted already (my 5 year old daughter had decided as soon as she knew we where we were going). The server waited for us to be seated, and confirmed that we knew what we wanted. Then, instead of taking our order said he'd be back in 5 minutes.
In the meantime I observed that we could order via phone using the QR code, which I did. Our glass came for our drink as my daughter and I got up to get some of the meagre salad offerings. Upon our return the glass had disappeared from the table due to a different server deciding that we either didn't need it or didn't deserve it. It was, eventually, returned after the kind ladies at the next table mentioned it had been taken.
Incidentally they were served their pizza without any plates, which they had to ask for.
Our pizza came and it was distinctly underwhelming, with an odd scattering of pepperoni and half melted cheese. Certainly not worth the ยฃ20 odd it cost.
Our server was wearing a t-shirt that said powered by pizza. Honestly, if this is the case he needs to source a other energy supply as I think he was suffering from a power outage during our visit. All in all a pretty poor visit. We won't...

The three waitresses were stood around having a chat when we arrived but one did come over to seat us. After we were seated we were asked if we knew how the buffet worked and if she should leave us for a minute to decide on drinks. 10 minutes later she hadn't come back, despite being able to see us from where she was having a chat with her colleagues. Eventually the 3 of us who were having buffet gave up and got our food and drinks. This prompted her to come over and take the order for the other 2 in our party.
At no point did anyone check if our food was ok, and when we did eventually get her attention to get the bill, she didn't seem to really know what she was doing. We paid partly using the QKR app and that was fine, but when the rest of the party wanted to pay by cash...the waitress made it much more difficult for herself than needed. Instead of just printing a receipt for them to work out the cost she went back and forth between us and the till, printing separate receipts for each person and taking payment one at a time.
