M&S Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Came in with mum this afternoon I understand it’s a Sunday but it was only 2pm , the food choices were next to nothing, empty boxes where there should have been sandwiches and other refreshments , the cakes on display looked dry and Victoria sponge cake was just sliding off in layers.

Some cakes on display under the see through domes looked like they were touched and probed, by other customers, the state of the tables were outrageously dirty it’s a real big let down for such a staple when it comes to what used to be the best part of shopping visit to somewhere like M&S.

Comfortable and relaxed cafe area, was really quite busy when we arrived, around 1pm on a Monday so not sure why. Opted for the Grazing Platter for £8.95, was pleasantly surprised at the quality, as good as you make at home, would recommend. Bit pricey with the total bill, but as they say you get what...
