WhoCult is an incredible doughnut shop! Joel truly makes the experience special, he’s always welcoming, warm, and goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is enjoyable. His kindness and enthusiasm shines, and he knows each product inside and out, expertly answering any questions, especially about allergens. My Family, including disabled members ordered from here while sat in the goodsheds. Our order was cancelled because they didn't have a staff member free to bring the order over. I walked over to enquire what had happened and the staff member was rude and obviously not interested in what had happened.
