P155 take. Never order from here on a Friday evening. We've had food from here a few times and it's been really good. Last two times ordered on a Friday and here is where the problem started. Both occasions order has been totally wrong, items missing or incomplete. To add its takes 90-120 mins to deliver initially. When we've asked to have the order corrected they said okay they'll send the food, however 2 hours later and it's not arrived, to add they keep saying its on its way but they haven't even done the order yet. 2.5 hours later and 3 calls to chase they said they won't refund and will now start the order and send. An absolute shambles of customer service. I WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN. A real shame as the food is half decent however the service is absolutely ridiculous. Attitude like this will continue to lose you custom and not as though it's especially cheap. Well...

I ordered for the third time yesterday. The good is good and tasty but this was the second time the order was incorrect. The first time I’d ordered a mild half chicken meal (my partner doesn’t like chilli) and it was most definitely hot. Last night I ordered a couple of meals and a pizza with stuffed crust and collected. When we sat down to eat the pizza wasn’t stuffed crust. I called the shop and the staff were very apologetic and sent a replacement pizza and free small margarita and bottle of drink (thank you). Superbowl night and let down twice from other places, one accepted the order and closed and the other turned up without the pizza...Was being stubborn and was looking for places for pizza after midnight and this place is a little gem. Food was piping hot, tasty and fresh, usually concerned about the quality of good this time of night but I was definitely surprised. Also shout out to the lovely man who delivered the food, he was super polite and friendly despite the delivery after 1am Sunday night/Monday morning so a big thank you to you :) will be back as soon as anyone...
