(Update) After Having a rethink and change of opinion on recent issues I do believe this cafe will always in my eyes regardless too outside trouble makers will be a five star 🌟 they TRY!! thier best and that's all that matters to me they do share a caring respectable manner to me and make me feel better in myself so you will always get humanity from them all if you bring good wellness and respect which everybody needs so grab a seat you won't be ever disappointed block out the town an enjoy their hospitality (Update) Nice cafe friendly staff but atmosphere and relaxation and safety for its customers is poor quality and not worth risky heartrate pressure drops for someone that suffers with slient asthma I don't feel my health is worth risking to give my custom as more needs to be done to keep their customers away from unsafe outside people who aren't even customers I would highly suggest putting something around the seating outside to stop people able to walk right up to people's faces and belongings causing nasty distressful surprises as its gonna cause loss of customers soon as theres many more outside cafes that have there outside space closed off from non paying customers to avoid this kind of behaviuor happening which in this case here is constant and after having my bag nearly snatched off my lap with the person being aggressive with is manner close up in my personal space when i challenged him to walk away from me and to leave me alone all I'm doing is having a sit down and a drink while one worker sitting two tables down and long the other row of tables the owner is sitting back allowing so for that reason alone makes me question their loyalty to its returning customers like myself on whether I will continue giving them my money safety of your paying customers should be a pority (Update) Still a good perfectly friendly warming cafe for anytime any choice of drink and food one of the only best runned cafes for the best professional caring costumer serivce and table serivce in the town centre as most don't give as much politeness or welcoming with extra friendly serivce I personally have never had an issue besides the few costumers that dont no what personal space is. I've been coming here for years I'm a well loyal regular customer is my personal preferred place to come and do a bit of work on my business rather then at home with nice selections of coffees and teas the owner is a gentleman the staff individually are very friendly and polite. I don't agree with the negative reviews I think and from coming here as long as I have I know they are false and people are expecting far to much or are just plain nasty and out to destroy and nice friendly cafe which alot of us regulars respect and like and are happy with what they provide as what you expect that most in watford don't! Stop running small nice businesses reputations threw lies as it affects the peaceful enjoyment for the small majority of us normal working people who actually have morals and respect who care as a community (Update ) I've only given them a 3 as I can't fault the staff individually or the owner as they are wonderful they're being let down by the general public who are disrespecting the use of the premises which is making things probably a lot more difficult than to manage I have put some ideas across I believe they are looking to seeing if they can work away around them i.e making tables of two and three and maybe put in a requested sign up stating no tables are to be messed around or moved with only on the request large tables can be made to make their life easier and make costumers already sitting feel less Claustrophobic as they can be made up properly giving personal space. Also maybe put some sign posts up on the toilet doors to keep toilets clean after use please as they are completely disrespected in the most dirtiest Manor. I know they can improve an be better an feel everyone deserves a chance to put things correct to continue getting local business so the keep my costume still for now let's see if...

(Upd 3 stars max the place has gone back to the way it was before lockdown, too many issues need addressing an improvements needed. Its now overbearing, very Claustrophobic at most times very unclean tables an toliets u have to clean yourself before use no personal space anymore tables aren't equipped an ready for u ie no chairs or sugar an when u ask politey its seemed an taken as a nonsense when it should be there. Personal client friends getting vip treatment above regular local customers is very much unprofessional
