Greggs — Restaurant in Waverley

Such rude staff, I am currently working near by so have chosen to have my lunch break and grab some food, which greggs is always great but they really need to have better training for their staff, every time I come in the atmosphere is hostile to say the least, everything is always a problem with the ladies behind the till expecially Inna the supervisor, who after requesting a student cheese and onion bake refused to give me one as she said it wasn't in the deal after explaining it was in the T&C and that I had had it before in here she said I am wrong then got the manager Anna who was helpful but and got the situation resolved but wasn't the friendliest and no apology so good food...

Firstly, this review is based on overall performance. I want to make it clear that when Rob is here the place runs far smoother.

The girls however are just terrible, there's no sense of urgency with them and they are happy to take 20 years serving someone a coffee waiting for the final drips so it seems, then they take payment, slowly. I've seen them ignore a queue of people, I couldn't leave my colleagues if it was that busy myself. Also just a lack of friendly atmosphere with them, at least Rob smiles and says hello!

Basically you need to clone a team of Robs, be the best Greggs in Godalming...
