Mojava Cafe — Restaurant in Wealden

Not the greatest of coffees I've had but looking at the food, I'll be back to try it as it looked excellent and well priced.

It's a shame as I found the coffee grainy and poor quality. I'll be back for food sometime though as service was friendly and the garden was a real sun spot.

*I returned 2 months later and I must say the food and service was exceptional. I have re-evaluated my 3 star and made it 5 star, (didn't try the coffee but there were many people enjoying them so I might have just had a bad one-off one). I usually like this place but the last two times haven't been that great at all for service or atmosphere.The coffee was nice but the cakes were very stale and dry. We did pass on that information to a staff member.No offer of a free drink etc or cream maybe even for the dry cakes.I use to work in hospitality myself and was always told to offer something like cream in those circumstances or just well anything. Breakfasts here are lovely and again the coffee was very nice and the garden is nicely done but please consider this feedback. Just ate the bacon and double fried egg sandwich on slices of doorstop sized fresh bread and I think this is the best bacon and egg sandwich I have ever eaten. It was so good, I didn't even add any sauce and had the revelation that the white part of the egg tasted amazingly good. I am going to be on a food high for a few days now.

Been here many times and my default order is the bacon sandwich on white. The guys here have nailed it, every time I eat it, I have the same reaction, 'BEST BACON SANDWICH EVER'. Delicious ....

Service is excellent, prices reasonable and the garden is a lovely...
