Subway — Restaurant in Wealden

Went in to order - server started preparing something completely different -said that is not what I asked for - they argued with me telling me what they said I had said - pointed out I wouldn't have ordered what they were preparing and I know what I asked for - then I got stared at blankly. They then argued with te person I was with that they were wrong as well!! (since when did customer service get like this?)

Counter is so high you can't see the person so perhaps they couldn't see my lips moving and forming the words so they took a stab - who knows.

Been to this Subway today with an elder person to have lunch I paid for the drinks and I asked for one cup, they've gave me one which wasn't safe for the elder person so I have asked for a normal cup and I said I would pay for it the surprise was that they charged me like for a drink so I payed £ 1.49 for an empty cup this is all I wanted as I already bought a drink don't need one , the staff explained that they already gave me one but I explained to them that it's not safe to use. All in all food was ok but staff attitude was not quite ok. Definitely even if I am very hungry I won't pay...

5 stars, I came in on Friday in the afternoon and was served by a lovely girl with blonde hair and tattoos, she didn’t seem to have a name badge but she was very smiley and friendly. However I was quite disturbed when a man who had done my salad, with a long beard and glasses, I believe his name badge said David yelled at her. She had asked if he had cut a sandwich and after repeating the question multiple times because she was ignored, he yelled at her “yes of course I did, why wouldn’t I cut it” I found this upsetting.
