I recently visited Dubai Shisha Lounge, and I have to say — it was a really solid experience. If you’re into shisha or just want a laid-back spot to unwind, this place is definitely worth checking out.

The vibe is chill and stylish without being over-the-top. There’s a good mix of cozy indoor seating and a nice outdoor terrace with a great view — especially at night when the city lights are in full glow. The music was at a comfortable volume, so we could actually talk without shouting, which I appreciated.

From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that they’ve poured their hearts into creating a space that feels both welcoming and refined. Atif brings a calm, hospitable energy — always checking in with guests and making sure everyone feels comfortable — while Imran’s passion for quality and detail is evident in everything from the shisha blends to the lounge’s design. Together, they strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making you feel less like a customer and more like a valued guest. It’s rare to see owners so hands-on and genuinely invested in the experience, and it makes all the difference.

Now, the shisha itself? Excellent. They’ve got a wide variety of flavors — I went for the lemon mint and also tried the watermelon grape. Both were smooth and didn’t burn out quickly. The staff changed the coals regularly without us having to ask, which says a lot about their attention to service.

The service overall was friendly and efficient. Not overly formal, which I actually prefer — just relaxed and professional. Our server Mohammed jalal knew the menu well and gave great recommendations for both shisha and drinks. Speaking of which, their mocktails and tea were a nice complement to the experience. The mint tea especially hit the spot.

Prices were very good for UK standards — not the cheapest, but you’re definitely getting what you pay for in terms of quality and setting.

Dubai Shisha Lounge has to be one of the best places around for shisha. The vibe and atmosphere is chilled with a selection of music from all genres. The staff are always very polite and attentive and anytime the managers are around they always make an effort to check on customers to see if everything is as expected in terms of service and quality.The lounge usually is busy but that doesnt stop the service levels or the quality of food or drink. There is ample parking around the building and there are cameras for security so you can feel assured your car is safe. Overall a great place to visit any day of the week..you have to try the burgers and shakes...so good!!! Thanks to the team for always making my visits...
