We visited on a very wet day and so were not in the best of mood when arriving at Platform 1. The tea was nice but my scone was a bit dry. Some extremely nice looking pies had just come out of the oven but I was too full to try them. The service was a mixture of help yourself and being waited on. The wait staff seemed frustrated and disinterested.
If I could give less than 1 stars, this would be the place to...
