Muffin Break — Restaurant in Wigan

Well all i can say is inga was the worst manager to ever work at muffin break, very rude to staff , rude to customers as i was at the wigan store ive never seen such incompetence in my life.

She did not have a clue what was going on and i dont think the owners have a clue either how they still have customers is beyond me.

What in gods green earth has to be changed before things inprove more staff leaving treated like garbage or all there local stores shuttint down before the incompetant owners take control . Well it seems to me the owners dont vet their staff as she has been accused and prossecuted of theft of £24000 pounds from a well known company and there is an article on google about it.

Will i not return to have coffee shop not unless they have a competent...

Great coffee shop for a treat as it can be a bit expensive if there's a few of you and your getting cakes and drinks. The cakes taste great, my favourite is the biscoff cheesecake. The coffees taste a bit stronger then Costa but if your a coffee lover then you won't mind. Staff like most places nowadays are ether friendly or act like they don't want to be there and when I went the lady serving was very friendly but sadly the one making the drinks didn't either acknowledge you, which is a shame when your spending near to £30 for a few drinks and cakes. Is small and can be crampt when busy so if your going with a push chair or wheelchair you may struggle unless the front of the coffee...

Ordered 2 billionaire hot chocolates and 1 black forest brownie and a sausage egg and cheese begal the hot chocolate was more like a broke man's hot chocolate with no care taken in the presentation with chocolate sauce all down the sides of the cups i had to ask for extra napkins to clean up there was no real taste and they were Luke warm at best the brownie was disgusting and the begal had half cooked fried egg which the yolk exploded down me it tasted disgusting too would not recommend visiting there if you want to experience even just an OK dining experience as I don't think you'll get it there it cost 19 pounds for this that we will never get back I'm...
