It’s a shame google doesn’t allow you the option for no stars because 1 is too much for this place. Will not be using this place again. Waited 2 hours for our food to ring them and be told it would be another hour before it was delivered, google maps states it’s a 3 minute drive from there to our home. Looking at other reviews clearly time is an issue for this company. We then chose to collect, to be told we couldn’t have a refund because our order was placed through just eat. All the while dealing with a CHILD who was manning the phones and counter. Disgusting that a child is doing that in the first place but to have him dealing with angry customers too. Disgusting and rude attitude from a female employee who continually ranted on to other colleagues and threw looks at us. Made to feel very uncomfortable, disgusting...

Absolutely avoid this place! Ordered 2 boxes of salt and pepper chicken and was absolutely disgusted! Sent 2 boxes that were both pale, uncooked, solid and cold. If you were lucky/unlucky enough to find a piece of chicken, that was also pink. Called the chippy and explained, told them I would like it to be collect and replaced, the unprofessional chef/manager was screaming down the phone assuring it was ‘cooked twice today’! Telling me to try the chicken even after I told them atleast 3 times it was uncooked and pink. Told them to come round and try it themselves as I was definitely not willing for me and my kids to be ill. Still refused to collect and replace, so unprofessional, will absolutely not be back. And from what food we did eat it was horrible. The chef needs to learn to cook and the staff need customer...

Paid a relative fortune for a meal from this place and the chips that came with the meal looked like they had been sat on and had stinking old grease poored all over them (the chip wrapping was hard to separate from the chips). I contacted them and was told they wouldn’t replace the food because it’s just the type of potatoes, and they wouldn’t offer a refund. The rest of the food was sub mediocre at best and made me feel sick. I will never return to this place even if it’s the last takeaway on earth. If the potatoes you are using are that bad just stop selling chips please!!! I ended up going to a different take away to replace my daughters...
