I ordered X2 Butter Chicken and X2 Naan bread for delivery to Hoylake. When it arrived I opened it and my first thought washing 'is this butter chicken?' because the colour of the sauce was yellow. I then opened the Naans and found them cold and soggy from condensation. The butter chicken itself did not taste like any butter chicken I've ever had before. It was like a melted block of butter and £1 peanut sauce with water, it was also so sweet I couldn't finish the sauce. The chicken was okay although if I had an alternative meal I would've chosen it. Either something went wrong in the kitchen tonight or I was given the wrong meal. I recommend against odering takeaway as the food was barely warm when it arrived. Dissapointing for £18.

This establishment has been taken over by new owners and has gone right down. The last 4 times we have ordered there has been items missed off our order. Last night the same happened and we were told that the missing curry would be delivered within 15 minutes. 30minutes later still no delivery, I called them again and they were very rude on the phone so I took the now cold food back. The owner was reluctant to give me my money back, but when he did he slammed it onto the counter. I told him he had lost a good customer who orders at least once a week... his reply was ' i don't care!' Manager always looks at his watch if you walk in at 8.30pm and says you'll need to be quick as we close at 9.30pm. Rushes you continously and has obviously never had hospitality training. Heard him one time muttering 'come on lads' to himself when approaching half 9. Went there at 8.40pm once and he said they were closed. If you are still there around 9.30pm he is literally sweeping the floor under your feet. We initially thought that it was quite amusing in a Fawlty Towers kind of way but it soon wore off after one too many glances at the watch.
