Bengal Spice — Restaurant in Wirral

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered on the Bengal Spice website, at 7:45pm. It got to nearly 9pm and no delivery. It stated it would be delivered by 8:45pm. We repeatedly tried to call the restaurant but there was no answer. We finally ended up calling chefonline whose name is all over the Bengal Spice website to be told that they would contact the restaurant and get back to us. 20 mins later they call back to say there is no answer on any of their numbers and they would email them asking for a refund, but it will take up to 7 working days before they can refund our money and its dependant on what the restaurant says! They promised us an email confirmation and we didn't get that either! AVOID,...

We held a friends 60th birthday meal here last week. The service and food was fantastic, we will certainly be going here again & again..... You can take your own drinks, the food is excellent and the prices don't leave a hole in your pocket. A must if you love...

Waited 20 mins after delivery time, which was over an hour after ordering, no delivery, no answer when contacting the restaurant and then they were closed, luckily was paying cash so no money lost but will never use...
