Appalling ,as a wheelchair user and no access into the doorway via a disabled door opening to it's rude staff who have absaloutely no training if making A LATTE.Igot a half full paper cup of coffee to go that was so strong I nearly choked and very little milk .I took it back asked within a queue system again that is so poorly set up your stood outside holding a door open for them to try it and showed them what I'd been given .oops said one young girl it's extremely strong I think we've gave you a different coffee ,have you asked for a plain one?NO I asked for a decaf LATTE charged full price as usual and this is what I got." Ohh well,I think you may have to purchase another?? Errrhh don't think so love she just served me and hasn't even given me a full cup either ,charged me full price though it's half way up the cup as you can see and I've stood in the queue again ten minutes" all I want is my decaf made of milk to the top of the cup one shot as it's a medium cup.she says "you'll have to wait then as I have to ask and I'm trying to serve others." What am I, chopped liver"? I thought.Ridiculously let me wait another 10 minutes before I even got a coffee put before me and not a word said she turned away. What a silly person she is .no common sense and no brains.where's the training in customer service skills here.Go Liverpool Clayton square it's well better even by Debhanhams it's a good one leave these small pokey...

Giving one customer a free beverage and tea cake as a goodwill gesture, while allowing me two small beverages in place of one medium. Overall fantastic service despite things not going swimmingly...

The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The cosy and relaxed atmosphere made it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy my treat.
I’ll definitely be returning soon – highly recommended for both coffee and...
