It used to be a lovely place but it's so quiet in there ,All the old familiar faces no longer go here bar the odd one or 2.it's BASICALLY empty.I believe the gambling establishments of casinos got so greedy ,they forget the bread n butter of regular customers.neglecting them with no promotions, sometime rude service ASWELL. I've been spoken to appallingly by a guy in there croupier whom I've know twenty yrs .I was talking at bhead cards table year ago or so, where a customer was sat next to me telling me about his life.i was accused of cheating by looking at his cards ( NOT THAT I CAN CHANGE WHAT I HAVE GOT IN MY HAND IFF I HAD THOUGH BUT I DIDNT.)THEN he threatened another woman for talking an bought me into it by saying to her ,"SHE SHOULD know better she's been a member here yrs"then going onto say to her ."I'll throw you both of the table if you keep talking ".He shouldn't work in there IFF he can't speak politely an he constantly gave me daggers for speaking out saying I wasn't looking at anyone's cards as I was talking to the man .who by the way told me " he should be sacked for being so rude an he wanted to plant him one."I will never play cards there again.never have an never will since.Also I play the machine very rarely now as it's drove away customers anyway with no talking at the table rules ASWELL. Why go out to socialise IFF your not aloud to socialise,,,????? Pathetic .people won't be told what to do as there's no harm in talking. You can in ALL OTHER CASINOS AND WE DO ,WITH NO ILL AFFECT FROM IDIOTS .croupiers are nicer elsewhere by far .more polite an as long as no we're not cheating what's their gripe? So my point is this ,they also have accused me of previously sleeping with a long held male friend. Through GOSSIP they told me they didn't believe I hadn't slept with him.DISGUSTING ALSO .just because he was a friend I used to have a drink with or dance/chat with doesn't mean you can think we woman sleep with the males we socialise with.Then there is the gambling side it's so empty they are now designed to just take your money,hence it's no longer fun either as Big bosses just got greedy.All in all its just not worth going in to bheads casino,it needs to close. The funny thing is the new Brighton casino was lovely, lovely staff an lovely place but sadly they closed it should of closed the birkenhead one instead.The 235 in Manchester beats this casino hands down .genting are in fact better in other areas like Manchester. Not maybe for monetary gain but sheer manners.i can say though .it's not all bad in birkenhead casino.There are some lovely long lasting staff if you cast aside those few who think their so important that they don't have to talk to you nice .Thing is, these places ARE MEANT FOR HAVING FUN AN SOCIALISING / CHATTING MAKING NEW FRIENDS AN BEING SAFE ON YOUR OWN TO GO PLACES LIKE HERE.IFF YOUR GOING TO BRING IN RULES MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALSO FAIR FOR CUSTOMERS. OTHERWISE THESE CUSTOMERS YOU NEED WILL JUST MOVE ON WITHOUT YOU,LEADING TO CUTS IN YOUR JOBS .BIRKENHEAD IS DINGY OLD HAUNT THAT HAS NOT MOVED WITH THE TIMES AN AILIENATED ITS OLDER CLIENTELE. THIER NOW MOVED ON TO OTHER THINGS.SAD BUT TRUE .THIS PLACE NEEDS RENOVATING .MAYBE NOT IN LOOKS BUT PERSONALITY AS IT DOES HAVE 2 UGLY SHOES SO TO SPEAK .SORT OUT STAFFS ATTITUDE AN MAYBE SOME SILLY RULES BE MORE FRIENDLY AN YOU MAY JUST GET SOME CUSTOMERS BACK.ALAS I RECKON ITS TOO LATE.ITS HAD ITS DAYS .MOVE ON .VISITING THERE YOU MAY ASWELL THROW YA MONEY IN THE GUTTER YOU'VE NO...

What a cracking night we have had tonight..Big Al I think his name was on the door, Phil the Thrill skinny oldish guy on the tables, Sticky Vicky on the tables, Desire a new guy in training on the tables, n best of all our Catholic Liz on the bar n floor loved her to bits ...what a brilliant staff team you have such fun.🤣🤣🤣 Came with my daughter n friend the Priest and 2 newbies Alex my staff member n lil Mandy n we've had one of the best nights out in years arrived about midnight n left 5.30am...won, won, won but all left with nothing but you know what??? No bitter on draught only cans of Bodies. Opens at 12oclock mid day, but cannot gamble except on slot machines etc until 2pm. WIFi very slow poor quality. Could not sign in even though been a member of particular location of casino ( various owners from play boy, 50 years ago to Genting now 2018. Tried adouble gin and tonnic £6.Staff good, and try to be helpful. Complemental coffee, tea, soft drinks. MENUE limited these days but good prices. V GOOD CHINESE MEALS SNACKS.OPEN 2pm till ram...
