1 star staff are rude and obnoxious , was enjoying my new coffee hangout was coming in 2 times a week sometimes more until I was met with a rude obnoxious woman the one who has broken English I thanked her for the free coffee and asked why I was getting it for free she ended up looking back at her boss or college and rolling her eyes at me looking at him like I was saying something abnormal, I found out later through somebody else u get a free coffee when u sign up online for a muffin break card , well blow me away love maybe train ur staff better she didn't have a bloody clue and neither did the guy to be fair , spent nearly £12 in there and not so much as a thanks or goodbye but they were polite to other people so strange , not been back since , back to cafe Nero never let u down with customer service there , and I will tell everyone not to bother going...

Very nice interior, very pleasant staff, and the food.... ooooooooooo the food! Had myself a heated sausage roll (one of the best I've had, tasted like it was hand made meat mixture, gorgeous!), a cheese/tom flatbread (again lovely) and washed it down with a pot/cuppa of tea. £9.10 for the lot which I thought was very fair considering the quality of the food and the nice environment. While I was waiting in the queue I saw the lady who was making the coffee remove her mask while talking to seated customers in a distance less than one meter. Then she just recovered her face with the mask and continued preparing coffees for the customers, without washing or sanitising her hands. Of course, I just left without ordering. It would be beneficial for customer safety, that staff understand why the mask must be worn.
