Costa Coffee Bromborough DT — Restaurant in Wirral

Possibly the worst costa I've ever been too. I've had two bad experiences now I ordered of Uber eats a few weeks ago and half the order was missed, they were kind enough to give us a free one but it ment I had to go collect it which defeated point of not leaving work and ordering it On a busy day, i put it down to short staff and simple mistake but I have just ordered again from here hoping for a better outcome and one coffee is missing and two naps were missing and when we rang to tell the costa we were rudely answered with well it was just two baps missing? Yes and a coffee and apparently they just don't put it in if they've ran out? Very rude and disappointing won't be ordering from here again not...

Visited the newly opened Costa Coffee Drive Thru at Bromborough.You can either drive thru and order your food and drink or sit in the luxurious surroundings of the shop.Wheel chair access is available and inside the outlet is very spacious.For the vegan people amongst us there is a tasty menu available. Dairy alternatives are also available in the form of Alpro for your coffee and chocolate drinks.Dont forget to get signed up for your Costa points club card.Friendly staff which is what you always find in a Costa store.The new store located by Pizza hut which I am sure will do well.I hope you enjoyed reading my review and looking at my photos and if so don't forget...

One reason for the 1 star review - young guy with blonde hair. Very rude, zero customer services skills, makes you feel like you've interrupted his day when you go through the drive thru to order a drink. His attitude stinks, and he never thanks me for my custom. There are some good eggs at this Costa too, but unfortunately this guy is letting the rest of them down - it'll remain 1 star until blonde guy isn't working there any more. Seeing as he blatantly hates people and hates serving them, maybe it's time to find a more suitable role? Edit - rating upgraded now the blonde guy has left....
