Bonfire night treat turned into a horrendous experience in the art of fast food cooking Went to this place (can't call it a chippy ) as that would disrespect all other chippys in Wirral Ordered prawn crackers spare ribs curry and rice and Hungary's special burger and chips with an extra portion of chips What a mistake we got home opened it the curried rice had chips mixed with it and the curry was no more than a tea spoon full the prawn crackers were stale and soft Rice congealed and the burger was a sloppy mess as for the chips well it would be an insult to describe them as that they were full of black eyes and rock hard and bone dry these had been reheated umpteen times the only thing that resembled our order was the ribs with micron meat on them (could have got better ribs in Asda) Àll bar ribs inedable Rang manager who told us it was his staffs fault not his When we asked for a refund he replied if he did this to every body who complained he would would not have a business And was not sympathetic in any way to our concerns or complaints To all who reads this if you want even a hard decent meal that looks remotely like what you ordered and not worry about the risk of upset tummies AVOID...

What a dreadful shop . We ordered from Hungrys Eastham numerous times … always late but the food was ok . Tonight they missed Chips from the order and when I rang to let them know , they said they’d send them as soon as the driver got back . 20 mins later I noticed I had a missed call from them so tried calling them back , when they eventually answered (15 mins ) they said I’d not added them in the order ( I had ) so they weren’t sending them . I asked to speak to the manager and they said to ring back , she was busy …….. no customer service whatsoever. Note … be aware to make sure you add everything you need to your order . I did a few dummy orders and once it added them , twice it didn’t , so obviously a problem with their ordering website . I would have told them about it , if the manager had...

Went to order a combo meal that we hadn't had in a while on just eat, was not there so we called up to ask. Got told not all on the things on the menu are up on the app so just order the things separately bc they couldn't take the order on the phone bc that was for collection only (bit silly like) so we then ask if they could see how much it would all cost separately to which we got the phone hng up on us.

We order separately it costs £20 instead on the combo price at £15 and had to pay extra for prawn crackers which usually just come with it.

It takes 1 hour and 45 mins to arrive and the shop is 0.4 miles up a straight road from our house
