Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wirral

Visited this branch when popping over to see my family, as entering I managed to rip my shorts and slightly cut my backside on a protruding piece of metal that was on the edge of the window sill by the front door. The staff dealt with this and taped up the sharp section of metal once it had been pointed out, however I was left wondering what was going to happen to my shorts.....and still am! I’ve had to throw away the shorts and have a slightly aggrieved feeling to Starbucks level of customer service. This should have been dealt with in-house by a complementary couple of coffees and a manager taking my details to be dealt with at a later time. Instead I paid for said coffees and jotted my details down on a bit of till roll (no Incident Report?) to be told an Area Manager will be in contact - that was 3 weeks ago. I used to enjoy a coffee and treat here but today it had really gone down hill. The girl serving was happy to have a moan about me not being 2 metres from the person in front ( although I’m sure I was) and saying to wear a mask next time etc but the place was filthy. We sat at a window seat and the window sill was full of dead bugs, mostly flies. It hadn’t been properly cleaned for ages and with a toddler wanting to look outside and grab the sills 🤢 ekk. What a bad experience, walked in and picked a couple of bags of beans and a chocolate coin, I then stood at the till without any acknowledgement for nearly 10 mins then one of the two girls on shouted from behind the coffee machine "it going to be a bit of a wait". Wow it took nearly 10mins for you to notice a customer, a few minutes later I was served but no apology for the wait etc. I then asked for one bag of coffee to be ground which after opening the girl knocked over.
