Recently put a review on justeat about a bad experience. However, the customer service i received today was excellent. I wish i could change the review on justeat and add the update from today but sadly you are not able to do that. Received a knock on my door this evening from the owner who came to apologise about our experience last night. He informed us this was not his usual standard and he wanted to apologise and rectify the situation, this is something i have not experienced before and i am very pleasantly surprised. He gave us our same order again free of charge and i have to say it was miles better from the previous night. It was all hot, the onion rings were crispy, the doner meat kebab was much better and the veggie burger was much more flavourful. Read moreStaff are rude. They don't care about you unless you're placing a large order, and they try to charge you more for simple orders such as chips if that's all you're ordering. Food is mediocre, what you'd expect from a cheap chippy but they charge more for it. Food isn't bad, but isn't good. Would go anywhere else before here really. Even if was desperate, would rather not waste my money. P.S I live a 5 minute walk from them and on UberEats they try to charge £3 for delivery lmfao. Read moreI am really pleased to report a great experience I have had from luigis. Saturday nights food order wasnt quite up to the standard I'd hoped for. Tonight (Sunday) the manager came over, he explained he was really sorry about our last experience and it was an isolated incodent (mistakes happen... Let's be fair) and he brought over our last order. We ate the same meal and it tasted great, it was what I'd hoped for and it proved that a mistake had happened.
