It was my disabled nephews birthday so i thought i would treat him to a takeaway that we can barely afford. Got a family deal which was meant to be 1 large pizza, 2 personal pizzas and a tub of Ben and Jerry. Delivery driver came with the pizzas but not ice cream, when asked about the ice cream he acted like a rudeboy and shrugged his shoulders at me. I had to walk away because it was about to go down. Called the store and asked about my ice cream, the man behind the scenes said "oh sorry about that what happened was we ran out of that flavour of ice cream". Again I had to calm myself down to stop things from getting out of control as now I have no money and a crying nephew, cheers for that mate. I asked what I are they gonna do about it and all that was offered was a refund (no other dessert or anything else) that wasn't on the spot, I have to email customer services before hand. I can’t explain how many mistakes this store has made as it’s been almost every order. I’ve made less and less orders from this store due to being constantly disappointed and the most recent order they seem to have thrown the pizza box against a wall and then left it to go cold. It didn’t remotely look like a pizza and it was cold as well? After speaking to them they agreed to redo the pizza but said we had to collect it but that ruined the whole family meal. They then said we could have the order the next day as they were closing (which left us with no dinner that night). Phoned to get the remake the next day and again they were so rude and then said it would take an hour to make the pizza! I’ve had enough of this store and this is the last time I order from them. Read moreI placed my order no problem, however i realised when i looked at my details that i had put the wrong number house for my address.
I proceeded to contact the store through the provided store contact number to explain the mistake i made to ensure my order was delivered to the correct address.
However when on the phone i seemed to constantly repeat my order number and details as well as being placed on hold for 5-6 minutes only to repeat my details again.
I finally was told to call back in 10 minutes but i noticed that my order had arrived at the wrong address outside, so I had to run out my house with photo ID to get my order before my neighbour did.
The food is great as i would expect and the delivery driver was fine and quick, but the contact line needs a better system so that if an event like this one ever happens again (which I imagine is quite common) it can...
