Knaphill Cafe — Restaurant in Woking

Firstly, if I could give minus 10 stars I would! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the staff. Myself and my husband came into the cafe today for 2 jacket potatoes, a latte and a lucozade. The total price was £19.50p which i found very strange and completely overpriced especially as the price list boards were priced differently. I queried the price to the girl on the till that then started shouting for her Brother, which was totally unprofessional and embarrassing. He then confirmed a different price... all of a sudden the mother ran to the front and was shouting getting involved saying that the price boards have been incorrect for the last 3 years, that i should call the police and that she refuses to refund my money? I tried to talk discreetly and asked the staff to please refund my money as the food was not cooked and I did not feel comfortable eating any food on the premises. The mother replied with "I dont care I am not giving you any money back" as I had an appointment in the area we left as I would have been late. Sadly, I walked out hungry, embarrassed, 20pound out of pocket and very upset as times are very hard at the moment and I literally feel like I was robbed. I never ever write a review. Most definitely not a bad review but hopefully this does not happen to...

Order for 5 people, spent £50+ in this place, the guy taking the order didn’t hear the request for Turkey bacon, so when one of the meals was delivered, it was incorrect of course! The staff insisted we pay another £1 to cover the cost of the Turkey bacon, which we ordered initially but they didn’t hear! It’s a real shame as the food that we ate was good, sadly the service when it came to this moment, they should have offered it free of charge for the mishap! Instead they stood at our table insisting we pay the extra £1 after ordering £50+ worth of food! What a real let down from a service point of view,...

The food was quite nice, shame the older lady serving was grumpy..not as nice as worplesdon rd cafe, they need some pointers from alex..After my review her son, I'm guessing sent me a lovely message on facebook..10 out of 10 for service!!!
