Was staying at a nearby hotel and went into the village to find somewhere for dinner. I had looked at a few venues online but when we arrived most pubs and restaurants were quite busy. For some unknown reason Judy's Mezza was empty.
Here we enjoyed a tasty meal. The food was hot. The Missus loved the fresh Lebanese style salad. I had a delicious chicken wrap and was tempted to order another. Our friend ordered the grilled Sea Bass meal which was well presented and very tasty. The soft drinks were standard 7Up and fresh orange juice for which they charged a reasonable price. I was happy with a nice pot of traditional mint tea, which came with the thimble glass. Unsurprisingly, the service was great, as we were the only customers. If you're feeling hungry I recommend you check out Judy's Mezza. This restaurant is warm, spacious, comfortable, friendly and very clean. There is free parking nearby but it's a bit hit and miss because there are several other venues in the area. On this occasion I was even able to park outside the front door. How lucky is that? All of this without...
Read moreWe've ordered delivery from here lots and always loved the food. We get the chicken shawarma every time and it's always come with rice and been delicious. However this time it came with chips and the salad was also missing. We called up the restaurant to query this and were told it was a fault on our behalf because apparently the chicken shawarma is supposed to always come with chips not rice and that the 5 or so times we've ordered before they must have run out of chips (bit of a weird coincidence). The ordering website had no indication the dish comes with rice or chips and no way to specify which you want. They offered no way to correct our order. I think this is not good enough and their excuse just does not make sense so we won't be ordering from here again, very...
Read moreThis is a precious place in Byfleet. If you are lucky enough you will find a parking space right in front of the restaurant. The food is actually good and you would like to go back. I only gave 3* because I ordered a mix grill and one of the chicken portion felt like processed meat instead of been done on-site. But you should not only remember this but look for all good points....I will go back soon to try their basic kebab to take away and if they are using proper stacked steak meat (instead of frozen grinded non-sense) then it will be a winner. Second visit and the Kebab actually like they all should be. This is most definitely a place to visit...
