Arrived after a real struggle to find the place via the back of the Porche dealers service bay. Ordered a large latte which arrived semi warm and totally flat. No attempt to decorate with the usual Costa logo, probably because there was no froth to write it on. Do they not train their staff in the basic preparation techniques? I am disabled and went to use the facilities as I left and found what I can only describe as a scene resembling a war zone with used towels strewn all over the floor, toilet, wash basin etc. Quick exit to the normal loo which in fairness was nice and clean. I couldn't find anyone at the till to mention the problems to so I left. When I got outside there was my car in one disabled bay as I was the last customer in the place and two other cars in the 2 or 3 other spaces. Imagine my surprise when a member of staff came out and got into one of the cars which I presume had been parked there throughout his shift. Shouldn't staff park away from the entrance to allow customers with children or mobility issues to use those spaces. I am a Costa Coffe Club member but after this visit I can never see myself using this Outlet again. Improve or close as there are better coffee shops in the town. My baby was sleeping in the car so I decided to order off the app to my car as the drive thru always wakes her up. 25 minutes I was waiting, I couldnât go in because my baby was asleep , I didnât want to wake her up so I patiently waited. Until I desperately needed to carry on with my journey, so I went through the drive through and tried to explain but I got cut off by the male staff member, and he told me âyeah weâre really busyâ and didnât give me chance to explain yes, you may be busy but I am also a customer who had ordered to my car as that is an option and one I needed to take as my baby was sleeping. He made my drink with semi skimmed although I ordered skimmed, thatâs minor. But there was no sincere apology and then my baby was woken up. So maybe take this option off your store if your staff canât follow through with...

Staff are always friendly and will have a laugh which makes it a personal experience.. One criticism, the ordering intercom is before you get to the menus on the drive through so you can't see what's on offer until you have already ordered. Could really do with having the menu boards dotted around the drive through before you get to the intercom. So by the time you reach the intercom you know what you are ordering. This would speed up the drive through too and would prevent indecisive people 'umming and ahhring' through a busy...
