UPDATE 15/08/24 Went for Buffet breakfast, Help yourself tea and coffee, unfortunately the hot water dispenser by the coffee was out of action and water for tea was given at the bar. Food selection was restricted because of a busy period. Breakfast was adequate if you were desperate for something to eat. Selection of fruit, yogurt selection was empty. I had crumpets, toaster took forever....but when asking for butter was told there wasn't any. Staff were unhelpful, but I think overwhelmed by customers. SUMMARY Very disorganised, poor food selection, not a relaxing place for breakfast. Not value for money. Such a change from my previous experience. PREVIOUS REVIEW. Went here for Christmas Eve breakfast, so glad we did. There was a choice of full English £9.50 or Continental £7.50. If you opted for the full English, Continental was included. Children eat free, thats 1 adult to 2 children( check for age limits) . It is a help yourself buffet, you are wanting for nothing, unlimited cornucopia food and drinks. The food here is excellent, and staff are most helpful and attentive. We booked a table and I think this maybe advisable, didn't see a spare table there, this speaks for itself about the popularity. We had the full English. Definatly another visit on the cards. Sorry no pictures, too much variety and too tempting to stop to take pictures. Update: Went for Sunday dinner, see pictures, service at table, great staff, fantastic food and prices.

Went for a Sunday roast. Staff were all delightful, but I was disappointed with my meal as there were no carrots (which I have always had with Sunday roast) . A plate of peas, beans and finely shredded cabbage, with some mash, was not great as the veg. The rest of the dinner (except lamb) was very nice (roasties, parsnip, sausage, yourkshire pudding). I asked for my lamb medium but it was very bloody. When I mentioned it, I was told I should have asked for it to be well done to have it with no blood. However my husband asked for his beef medium and it was just perfect, so if he'd asked for it to be well done then if would have been frazzled. Will come again but not have a Sunday roast !!

Booked here for a Father's day meal and we weren't disappointed. We were seated straight away, the hostess took us to our table with the necessary high chairs and showed us where to put the buggy so it was well out of the way. The service continued to be top notch and the waitress had our drinks and food sorted swiftly. The food was standard Beefeater fare and for the price was decent though there was very little seafood in the rigatoni dish. Parking was free though it was a Sunday.

I don't write many reviews, but felt compelled to write this review after visiting the Moseley Park Beefeater for Breakfast on Sunday morning. My sister and her family were visiting me over the weekend in Wolverhampton and was staying in the Premier Inn Hotel with the Beefeater being part of the complex for visitors to dine in. As far as I am aware, there were no issues or complaints about their stay in the Premier Inn.

However, we were seated by a young gent who was happy to help but you could tell was scared of his own shadow. The staff (what staff?) appeared to be on edge, not refilling the stock, coffee machines without beans, without milk, cereals empty and not being refilled etc etc I asked for a different variety of egg as per the signage on the table, to which I was told "The chef can't do that". It's a Premier Inn breakfast, I am fully aware of the quality/limitations it offers, so I can only say fair enough and move on to something else to eat. However, the biggest problem with the experience was the who I can only assume is the manager on duty as she was in different clothing to everyone else, and her name was Emma!!!! You really couldn't fail to spot Emma, as she was marching around the place, laying the law down to customers/staff, speaking aggressively to customers/staff, and also justifying herself as to why people shouldn't be walking in with 30 minutes left of breakfast. A family walked in to be greeted by Emma who was so flustered that they didn't come to breakfast in a timely manner that suited Emma and her lack of abilities. She berated them for 1-2 minutes, telling them why coming in with only 30 minutes of breakfast remaining is wrong and that "Literally in 30 minutes, everything is going to be packed away"....What a welcome!!! She then huffed and puffed, and told one of the frightened staff to sort them a table. Once we were able to close our mouths from shock, this same family thanked us, for witnessing everything.

Then my 10 year old son, wanted some cereal, but noticed it was empty, I told him to go and ask a member of staff to get the cereal re-filled, to which he did. He approached the frightened gent who confusingly struggled to understand my sons request, to which Emma comes marching in, looks down at my son without a smile, completely ignores him, notices that my table is keeping an eye on things, and from about 4 meters away she yells "SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO GO WITH HIM BECAUSE HE WON'T BE ABLE TO LIFT THE MILK". The whole morning she was stomping around, berating staff publicly, literally speaking AT customers.

Everything was a problem for her, to which she clearly can't handle the stresses of the breakfast shift on a weekend and quite obviously should not be in hospitality with her attitude. Funnily enough, the restaurant wasn't even at full capacity but yet she was clearly out of her depth and lacks the people skills to make the experience enjoyable for anybody as she was always on hand to shout at somebody, whether that be a staff member or a customer. I feel sorry for her staff, as when my sister asked the young frightened gent her name, he provided it, but the look of dread on this poor boys face was a picture as he realised he gave up her name.

To The Beefeater directly....Either look into this and remove this ghastly woman from front of house and put her on pot wash, or provide adequate management and people skills training in order for her to provide an enjoyable experience for both...

Horrible place, imagine booking for a funeral wake here? At one point to be told "adult" babies can't control their drink. Because I asked for some blue roll to clean up a knocked over drink. Then, a lady to "sigh" because my card didnt work on the machine because I didnt realise THEY added a voluntary donation button to THEIR terminals.

She sighed and abruptly span the card machine round, and said well its because you havent pressed that, rudely. I said "Well there isnt no need to sigh and have that attitude". then her attitude got even worse, she said "Ive got a bad leg actually, but not like its any of your business". I didnt ask if she had a bad leg? I was questioning her customer service skills. I said her service was crap. And I wasnt lying. The manager was there, and I said well hes pressed it for me before when ive come up to the bar and hadn't known. So how would I know a donation request had come up? Considering I hadn't needed to press it once all night?

He soon disappeared, I went back up and she said "Ive already told you, I am not serving you". I said I dont want you to serve me someone else can. She was like none of us are serving because you said "the staff are crap". Literally making things up, she was like my manager heard you. Literally, trying to find justification for her own previous behaviour. As I was walking away she then said she had 22 years in it (I assume hospitality) 22 years, and you've clearly had enough. Dont be in hospitality, because you can't be arsed anymore. Its a matter of time before it closes down.

She needs to go, wasnt only me she had an attitude with, but other person's in our FUNERAL wake. She clearly should not be working in hospitality. Manager accepting her behaviour, who makes these people managers? Considering hes the one calling people "adult babies" for accidently knocking a drink over in which WE cleaned up anyway. Wrong, avoid and do not book this place only still kicking because of the hotel next door.

I went before this and it was just as bad. Im sorry someone in our family died, and this place was picked to host the wake.

As for their food, bog standard and overpriced.

Happy to take your money though, after all something needs to pay their wages for their AMAZING service. Looking at previous reviews, seems to be a trend of staff...

Don't waste your time!! Went here yesterday evening with a friend, we had to find a member of staff to get seated, unfortunately the member of staff told us she couldn't help us as it's her first day so we seated ourselves. We were told we couldn't sit on a 4 table because there were only 2 of us however there was a lady sat alone at a 4 table when there were plenty of 2's available. We then had to wait and try and flag the waitresses down to take our order, finally had our order taken and food came in a decent time despite being told many people I know have had huge waits on food so we felt lucky. We ordered dessert but because we wanted a little time between our main course and dessert we said to the young girl that we weren't quite ready yet at which point she rolled her eyes and walked off. We were then ready and ordered dessert. The girl that took our order was a different girl to the one who bought it to our table, without asking who's dessert was who's the girl just handed me a dessert, she got them the wrong way round, not a massive deal but it seemed to kill her to even talk 2 words! We felt as though each waitress avoided serving us as much as possible. Noticed other people upon payment were given a card which the waitress put her name on and asked for a review. Funnily enough, we weren't given one!

The one girl who stated to the table next to us that she used to work in West Brom was actually slagging off the new member of staff I think it's disgusting! She also sat with the customers or leant her legs on the chairs where customers were sat to take their orders or payment. I managed to get this on camera and will upload to trip advisor.

The girl in the striped top (I couldn't get her name) I imagine maybe she's a 'manager' what a joke she was!! Just as rude as the rest of them. Infact childish also fits each of these waitresses. I have never ever been treated so badly.

Avoid...
